Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to make the following requests regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability: request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt-out: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes
• Restriction: request that we limit how we process your personal information

Before you contact us

Some requests can be handled immediately without waiting for us.

• Deleting your account: if you use a Pitaya-powered shopping app, you can request account deletion from the account settings inside the app. You can also use our account deletion form.
• Exporting your data: if you are a seller, you can export your orders, customers, app buyers, products and coupons to CSV at any time from your Pitaya dashboard.
• Opting out of sale or sharing: use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link, or adjust your Consent Preferences.

Please include the following so we can process your request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A clear description of your request
• If you use a Pitaya-powered shopping app, the name of the store
• Any additional information that may help us verify your identity

Requests about a seller's store

If you shopped through an app powered by Pitaya, the seller who operates that store controls your customer information and Pitaya processes it on their behalf. We will forward your request to the relevant seller where appropriate, and you may also contact the seller directly.

Response Time

We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 days. If your request is complex or we need additional time, we will let you know.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity for this purpose.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, for example as an authorized agent for a California resident, please include documentation of your authority to act on their behalf.
